Brooks UMC offers many affordable fitness classes to our community. Enjoy the convenience of having a gym close by that you can participate in with your friends and neighbors.  You don't need to be a member of Brooks UMC to attend a fitness class.... but you are always welcome to join us on Sundays for worship, too.  

Most classes last one hour and are located in the gym except where otherwise noted.  All classes are taught by certified instructors. 
 
Class Passes: Two Class Pass - $30.00/mos Full Access Pass: $40.00/mos
 
Drop In Rates: $5.00 per class 
Zumba® Fitness: 
Tuesday 6:30pm and Saturday 9:30am.  A Latin-inspired dance/fitness program that mixes dance and aerobics with high energy music.  You will love the workout you get and the friends you make!  $30.00/mo.  Drop-In Rate $5.00/class.
 
R.I.P.P.E.D.:
Monday 6:30pm and Thursday 6:30pm.  Experience this total body "plateau proof fitness formula" workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometric, Endurance, and Diet to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.                                  $30.00/mo.  Drop-In Rate $5.00/class.
 
Total Body Fitness: 
 Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 9:30am.  Group fitness exercises target strength, flexibility, muscle tone, cardio, and core conditioning.  Great for all fitness levels.                       $35.00/mo.  Drop-In Rate $5.00/class.
 
Yoga: 
Tuesdays @ 9:00am and Thursdays @ 9:30am.  This class can increase flexibility, muscle strength, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques.                                                         $30.00/mo.  Drop-In Rate $5.00/class.
 
Tai Chi:
Tuesdays and Thursdays  7:45pm - 8:45pm.  Uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today’s busy lifestyles and improve health.  Participants focus on range of motion, breathing, and relaxation.  $35.00/mo.  Drop-In Rate $5.00/class.
 
Chair Exercise:
    Strengthen Stretch and Flex:
   Thursdays 11:00am: A chair exercise program that strenthens core muscles, increases 
    flexibility, and coordination.
