Brooks UMC offers affordable fitness classes to our community. Enjoy the convenience of having a gym close by that you can participate in with your friends and neighbors.  You don’t need to be a member of Brooks UMC to attend a fitness class…. And you are always welcome to join us on Sundays for worship, too. 

Classes last one hour and are located in the Gym (*except where otherwise noted).  
All classes are taught by certified instructors.

This class increases flexibility and muscle strength, while teaching breathing and relaxation techniques. 
A chair exercise program that strengthens core increases flexibility, and coordination.

A Latin-inspired dance/fitness program that mixes dance and aerobics with high energy music.  You will love the workout you get and the friends you make! 
Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. 
Group fitness exercises target strength, flexibility, muscle tone and core conditioning. Great for all fitness levels.    
A rotation of classes including Barre, Zumba Toning, Tabata,  HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Flex & Stretch (half strength or cardio & half yoga), Boot Camp, and Yoga.  Experience all types of platforms—something for EVERYONE!  
RUMBLE is for EVERY body!  No martial arts experience required—just the willingness to sweat and a desire to get an incredible workout while having fun along the way.  Authentic, yet simple to master, this cardio mixed martial arts class is formulated with systematic science techniques that are safe, effective, and FUN!
