All classes are 1 hour long and meet in the climate controlled Brooks UMC Gym located on the 85 Connector side of our campus except for the chair exercise class which meets in Room 1oo.

This low impact class aims to stabilize your core while increasing your flexibility and coordination.  Fun rhythmic fitness with drum sticks has been recently added into this program.
